Active Top Secret Responsibilities
Obtain access to Special Access Program (SAP), Control Access Program (CAP), and/or Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) information for NGA's Sensitive Program Mission. Provide subject matter expertise and support for all activities related to Special Programs. Monitor and manage security programs, providing status reports and recommendations. Coordinate with other SIS offices and divisions. Develop solutions and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Maintain records and prepare reports and briefings. Manage project milestones and security actions. Liaise with DoD, IC, and other officials to stay updated on personnel security matters. Interpret and apply security policies related to classified materials and SCI control. Conduct risk assessments and provide impact statements and recommendations. Prepare Program Access Requests (PAR) for various security programs. Utilize security systems and databases such as JADE, DISS, SIC, among others. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma with at least five years of experience in supporting or conducting sensitive operational or technical activities within DoD or IC. Knowledge of Executive Orders 12333 and 13526, ICD 906 & 705, and DoD Manual 5205.07 standards. Completion of DoD course: CDSE SAP 101.10. Preferred Skills
Certification: DOD CDSE SECURITY FUNDAMENTALS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION (SFPC). Experience with security databases: JADE, DISS, SIC, Scattered Castles, ICCARS, PULSE, E2SP. Additional Information
