Open Stack Basics OpenStack SME Implemented Multi-AZ, Multi-Region Private Clouds in OpenStack Worked in OpenStack projects like - Nova, Keystone, Compute, Block Storage (cinder) serviceStorage, Glance, Ceph etc. Migration of OpenStack from one distribution to other distribution of OpenStack (eg: RedHat, Nokia CBIS) Senior level OpenStack experience. Must know architecture, operations and be able to troubleshoot bugs within OpenStack to achieve root cause analysis Understand the various OpenStack Distributions - RedHat and Canonical Understanding of Storage and Network Work with customers to migrate applications to the cloud HLD and LLD document preparation Provides strong technical leadership in adopting and contributing to open stack projects Able to provide RCA for any Major Incident Ready to work on P1 / P2 incidents, RCA for Major incidents/Problem ticket Automation of day to day activity and creating SOP Able to work on Planned/emergency Change approval and Change implementation Prepare the reports for weekly and monthly Knowledge of Hypervisor Vmware/RHV/Hyper-V/etc Scripting (Bash and YAML) Good understanding of ITSM processes and related tools Certifications (Good to have): Secondary skills- Docker, Ansible or Terraform Knowledge of cloud and services Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack
