Minimum Requirements Education: High School Graduate; Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist Program. National Certification required. Experience: At least 1 year of Tech experience in an Operating Room, preferably cardiac OR. Skills: Must possess manual dexterity, be able to plan and organize work, communicate effectively, and apply basic techniques to numerous situations. Ideal Candidate Experienced, team-oriented Certified Surgical Tech, preferably with Cardiac OR experience. Should have worked for a large hospital with a busy Cardiac OR.
