Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Control Room Document Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and processing internal documents efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced control room environment. Key Responsibilities: Process Internal Documents: Manage the intake and processing of internal documentation to ensure timely and accurate handling. Scan Incoming Physical Mail: Digitize physical mail using scanning equipment and ensure proper categorization. Index Documents: Accurately index scanned and processed documents into the appropriate systems for easy retrieval and compliance. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete scheduled tasks and maintain workflow continuity. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.
