Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Seasonal Worker located in Havre, MT. The Seasonal Worker will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the facility, including grain handling, loading and unloading trucks, ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained, and supporting overall facility operations. The role requires compliance with safety protocols and effective communication with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating grain handling equipment such as loaders and conveyors
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environment
• Physical ability to lift bags of grain and legumes, operate machinery, and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the grain or agricultural industry is beneficial
