Manage the bike shop's overall operations, with exceptional leadership and dedication to providing an outstanding retail experience. Provide exceptional sales and service through personalized customer interaction. Cooperatively harness employees' enthusiasm to improve sales and service.

Bike Shop Experience Strongly Recommended. Management Experience Preferred.
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service. Educate customers about bicycles, accessories and clothing, and any other cycling-related products or services in the store. Responsible for driving the sales, energy and productivity of the store. Manage inventory processes including ordering and receiving. Organize and merchandise product clearly and creatively. Train, mentor, and coach employees. Educate all staff regarding company policies and procedures. Monitor productivity of store and staff. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services. Other duties as needed.
Requirements
Requirements include but are not limited to:
2+ years of bicycle retail experience. Experience in sales or business management a plus. Must have good organizational and communication skills. Multi-tasking abilities required, to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Enthusiastically embraces the concept of serving the customer and providing an exceptional retail experience. Should be passionate about cycling and promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Is capable of safely lifting and carrying 30bs on a regular basis. Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends. Is self-motivated, positive, friendly--able to work both independently and as a team member.

Microsoft Office Retail point-of-sale software Outreach via social media Familiarity with bicycle repair tools
