Mattel is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to support the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms. This role involves working with global, cross-functional teams to ensure successful application configuration, integration, reporting, and project delivery aligned with business needs and project scope. Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials, EPM, and related modules. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, implement solutions, and resolve issues. Support project activities including system testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer. Participate in the planning and deployment of the target operating model for sustainment. Work with vendors and external consultants to ensure smooth operations and enhancements. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms, with a focus on functional analytics and configuration. Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Tax modules preferred. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integration, OIC preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a global, virtual environment and manage multiple priorities. Additional Information
The annual base salary range for this position is between
