Job Description
As the Oracle SCM Technical Director, lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions. Partner with stakeholders and Agile teams to stabilize and sustain the SCM solution. Manage configurations, perform technical analysis, and support upgrades, incident management, and unit testing. Oversee data integration, develop reports, and create documentation and training materials. Ensure effective communication between finance and technology teams, and focus on continuous improvement and audit support. documentation, training materials, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions to ensure stakeholders can effectively utilize the SCM solutions. Your problem-solving skills will help anticipate and address complex issues, while your coordination between finance and technology teams will ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. Continuous improvement efforts will focus on optimizing the control environment through automated controls and supporting internal and external audits.

Skills and Requirements
Extensive experience with Oracle SCM modules.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functionality and best practices.
Proven track record with full lifecycle implementations.
Proficiency in configurations, integrations, and reporting using Oracle SCM tools.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with AI/ML for process improvement.
Oracle Certifications.
RFSmart integrations experience.
Experience with multiple SCM tools.
Agile Certifications (e.g., Scrum).
Successful Oracle ERP SCM implementations. null
