Position: Senior Oracle SCM Solution Architect
Location: San Jose, CA

Job Duties:
Analyse business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design comprehensive Oracle SCM solutions. Develop and present SCM architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. Lead the implementation of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Configure and customize Oracle SCM applications to meet specific business needs. Design and implement integration solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization. Collaborate with integration teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain using Oracle SCM applications. Optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring scalability. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and IT staff on Oracle SCM applications. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SCM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and other solution architects. Work closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and align SCM solutions accordingly. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in Oracle SCM solution architecture. Stay updated on the latest Oracle SCM features, releases, and industry trends. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, configurations, and processes. Document design decisions, implementation details, and configuration changes. Requirements:
Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Engineering (any), or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or as software developer, architect, consultant, analyst, or a related occupation. Additionally, all candidates must have 5 years of experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Oracle Supply Planning. Mandatory Skills
