Title: Oracle SCM Architect
Description: An Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Functional Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite. The role requires: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG, with at least 8 years in solutioning, pre-sales, implementation, and upgrade projects. Certifications: Oracle EBS certifications in SCM/MFG modules are highly desirable. Technical Skills include: Proficiency in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Planning. Implementing and configuring Oracle EBS SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. Conducting gap analysis and providing recommendations for system improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SCM processes. Understanding client supply chain needs and proposing tailored Oracle EBS solutions. Designing and presenting Oracle EBS SCM solutions, including modules like Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing. Supporting sales teams with technical expertise during client meetings and demonstrations. Preparing detailed documentation, solution proposals, and implementation plans. Creating and delivering compelling presentations. Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. Developing and executing test plans to validate system configurations. Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Documenting system configurations, workflows, and user guides. Performing regular audits and assessments of Oracle EBS environments. Additional skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
