This hybrid role blends sales (65%) and project management (35%), overseeing both the development and execution of restoration and maintenance projects on high-rise and commercial buildings. Our client is looking for a self-starter with B2B sales experience in commercial construction, facilities, or building services – someone who communicates confidently with senior decision-makers and thrives in a hands-on, results-driven role. With a strong book of business ready from day one and support from an Account Manager, you’ll be set up for immediate success. This is a compelling opportunity with a fast-growing, highly respected company offering significant career growth as it continues to expand into new projects and markets. Sales & Project Delivery Manager – Commercial Building Services Responsibilities • Lead sales walk-throughs and develop project scopes • Close contracts for building restoration and maintenance • Oversee field execution and subcontractor coordination • Ensure project quality and client satisfaction • Manage scopes from initial bid through project completion • Use data from a proprietary platform to identify and sell proactive services • Collaborate with Account Managers and trade experts • Attend weekly sales and operations meetings • Support preventative and investigative project efforts • Travel locally for client and job site visits Sales & Project Delivery Manager – Commercial Building Services Qualifications • 2+ years of B2B sales experience required • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, facilities, or building services required • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects required • Strong communication and follow-up skills required • Proficiency in MS Excel required • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required Seniority level
