At Cortland, we create, reimagine, and manage apartment communities nationwide. We are seeking a Front Door Waste Technician to manage the Cortland Front Door Program for a multimillion-dollar, multifamily apartment portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage waste collection and disposal in accordance with regulations
- Interact professionally with residents, staff, and contractors
- Operate vehicles and equipment safely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in waste management or service industry
- Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills a plus
- Valid Class E driver’s license
- Ownership of a smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors, and in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend hours
