Your daily pursuit is crafting amazing pastries, pies, and desserts to satisfy our guests’ sweet tooth!
This role is posted for our spring/summer 2025 season!
Bake and create items for dining room, employee dining room, and coffee shop
Help create pastry/dessert specials for sale in dining room and bar
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of baking and prep areas and equipment used by baking team
This job description describes at a high level what a Baker does, but no document can anticipate every single task, issue or project that could come up. 1-2 years baking and pastry production experience required
~ Patisserie/Culinary degree or training preferred
~ Ability to accurately plan, cost, and manage food costs & controls
~ Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
~ Be relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
~ Regardless of what your role is with us, you’ll really get the chance to explore and see amazing scenery and wildlife in and around Glacier National Park.
Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes, and blue-bird skies; You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance ) as required
