Job Summary
Provides clerical support and assists with coordination of staffing activities across the organization. Enters staff information into the electronic scheduling system and edits information as necessary. Assists with creating and maintaining staff schedules and attendance records. Communicates with unit team leaders and members of the management team to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Communicates staffing needs to appropriate team members in a timely and efficient manner. Promotes efficient staffing operations across a variety of departments.
Education
Minimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Graduate of Business or Medical Secretary Program; Completion of Medical Terminology training
Registration/Certification/Licensure

Experience
Minimum:
One year of secretarial experience utilizing current software applications.
Preferred:
Previous secretarial or administrative assistant experience. Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with electronic staffing programs i.e. Ansos or Kronos.
