Provide effective educational leadership for all students and staff in the community of Loveland, Colorado. Serve as a lead change agent, facilitator, and coach. Understand and relate to a comprehensive K-8 school and supportive community. Supervise and manage the school through the hiring, evaluating and supervising of all staff.
