Job Summary The club manager is a passionate individual who seeks to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. Responsibilities include managing daily tasks, welcoming guests and members, selling memberships and training services, and leading staff as a cohesive team. This role requires self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and positive influence.
Key Responsibilities
Membership and training sales: Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
Brand promotion: Establish relationships with local businesses and influencers, coordinate marketing and outreach campaigns.
Team leadership: Inspire and motivate team members to foster a positive environment.
Operational tasks: Manage reports, cleaning, and other daily tasks as needed.
Culture creation: Deliver excellent customer service and create an environment that encourages positive sharing and experiences.
Job Requirements Experience in the fitness industry is not required. Key qualities include:
18 years or older
Friendly, outgoing, warm
Genuine and honest
Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
Technologically savvy
Self-motivated
Good time and schedule management
