Overview
The Packaging Operator is responsible for the inspection and packaging of all products that will meet or exceed the customers' expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the visual inspection and packaging of all products to ensure that quality standards are met Perform quality checks as required and document all quality checks properly Communicate with Shift Supervisor and Lead Person to determine acceptability when questions/problems arise Communicate with Shift Supervisor, Lead Person and Final Inspection to keep them informed of defects that prevent material from being packaged Keep work area clean and free of clutter Assist other employees when time allows Additional duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation Basic computer skills Cambria Success Factors:

Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings Lift up to 60 lbs. Push/pull 100 lbs. Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift Bend over multiple times throughout shift Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
Steel toed boots Hearing Protection Safety glasses Cut-proof gloves Latex gloves Face shield High visibility vest
Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
