We're looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join Palmetto Roofings team in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to juggle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Handle administrative duties including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Ensure accurate customer onboarding and data entry into the CRM system
Become a subject matter expert on the company’s CRM platform and support its use across teams
Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and internal teams
Maintain office supplies and equipment; liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Support HR and management with general office needs and project coordination
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in office administration or management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with office software and equipment
Ability to learn and master CRM systems
Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
