The Position

Our client is a well-known and beloved media and entertainment company. They are seeking an experienced commercial attorney to support their contracting needs across resort properties and related business segments. The attorney will partner with sourcing, procurement, and operations teams, and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements. Additionally, they will provide regulatory and operational legal guidance to business stakeholders. These agreements include general Paper Products and F&B, larger maintenance and service agreements, and aspects of IT and Privacy, working with corporate counterparts to ensure compliance with business policies.

This project will commence in late May for three months, with the possibility of extension. It is fully remote, requiring 25 hours/week (preferably in the West Coast/Pacific time zone). Some travel to Southern California client offices may be requested.

The hourly rate is estimated between $85 and $95, based on qualifications, experience, and project needs.
