Position: 120 - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position covering our Canonsburg/ South Hills service area . Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the guidance of the Registered Nurse (RN) as part of the hospice team to provide direct nursing care to patients where they reside (home, facility, hospital).
