Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Macon, GA Type: Travel/Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday-Friday, with possible on-call Job Description: Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to provide high-quality patient care in Macon, GA. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in an independent work environment and is confident with OASIS documentation. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-home patient assessments and implement care plans Provide skilled nursing care, including IV therapy, wound care, and disease management Complete and submit OASIS documentation accurately and on time Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and self-care Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes Qualifications: Active RN license in Georgia Minimum of 2 years of home health experience Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation required Current BLS certification (AHA) Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission Why Macon, GA: Macon is home to stunning architecture, live music, and beautiful parks.
