Overview
Generate walk-up sales at the ticket booth and nearby high-foot-traffic areas. Persuade guests to purchase tickets, merchandise, and other available sales opportunities. Quickly recover from rejection, engaging with as many potential guests as possible. Upsell higher-value items to guests, including those who have already purchased. Run sales reports during shifts for commission processing, submitting them to your supervisor. Oversee the presentation of the ticket booth and staff appearance. Monitor guest engagement, ensuring positive interactions and proper eye contact. Address guests by name and recognize special occasions. Explain products, services, and prices; answer guest questions. Collect outstanding balances and payment vouchers from third-party reservations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience in a direct selling role. Previous sales experience, especially in B2C, is preferred. Cash handling experience is a plus. Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, including listening and assessing situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar computer skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and major holidays. Additional Details
