Description Job Schedule: Part Time Standard Hours: 16 Job Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Weekdays, 2 days per week Part-time Physician Position Summary: Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in skilled nurisng facilities (SNFs) in Torrington, CT. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based SNF care.

Role: Physician - Skilled Nursing Faciltiy rounding Location: Torrington, CT Schedule: Part-time, flexible weekdays (16 hours per week) Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
