Our 254-bed full-service facility offers emergency care, a primary stroke center, orthopedics and the only licensed obstetric and pediatric units in Charlotte County.
The role you’ll contribute:
Under the Director of the Office of Clinical Effectiveness the Patient Experience, develops strategies and teams to drive outcomes and accountability with patient satisfaction. Effectively collaborates with leaders, physicians, staff, and vendors to provide a mission driven and safe experience for patients, their families, guests, and team members.

Developing, communicating, and implementing patient experience strategy and program internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers and contractors understand strategic plan and how it carries out the company’s overall goals. ·
Responsible for staff training for Patient Experience. ·
Able to strategically and operationally facilitate change. ·
Works with leadership and helps drive decision making that creates medium- and long-term goals. ·
Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan along with specific operational processes and systems.
