About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within the warehouse. Responsibilities
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive shipments, verify accuracy, inspect condition, and label items.
- Storage and Organization: Store products safely and maintain an organized layout.
- Order Picking and Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders, ensure completeness and proper labeling.
- Inventory Control: Conduct counts, reconcile discrepancies, report damages, and maintain records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine maintenance.
- Quality and Safety: Follow safety protocols, meet quality standards, report hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, support cross-training, assist in other tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Potential need for DOT Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills.
