We are seeking dedicated
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
to join our team, providing compassionate care for pediatric and adult clients in
1:1 in-home nursing settings across Long Island .
What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, including administering medications and treatments. Monitor and document patient health status and communicate changes promptly. Support clients with activities of daily living while maintaining their comfort and dignity. Provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in school settings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Collaborate with families and the care team to implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
Current New York State LPN license. 1+ year of experience in home care/ school CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Physical exam within the past year. QuantiFERON within the past year. MMR documentation or titers.
We’re excited to offer increased pay rates for nurses working in our in-home cases nursing:
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs): $35/hour Registered Nurses (RNs): $45/hour
