Position Overview
40 hrs/wk; Leads improvement projects related to process and continuous improvement in quality, operations, productivity, and cost using Performance Improvement methodologies and tools. Facilitates groups and teams, manages projects, and monitors for sustainability. Presents results and recommendations, and develops metrics and measurement tools to enhance operating processes. Mentors staff in Performance Improvement methodologies and tools. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospital setting. Supervisory and project management experience are preferred. Incentives and Benefits
