Are you an experienced Retail Pharmacist looking for flexibility and variety in your work schedule? Join our Soliant "float" team and gain the opportunity to work across several pharmacies in the Fresno, CA area. We’re seeking 2-3 dedicated pharmacists to provide per diem shift coverage. This role allows you to enjoy a balanced schedule with 3-4 shifts per week, work with experienced pharmacy tech support, and be part of a dynamic team that serves multiple communities. Position: Retail Pharmacist (Per Diem, Ongoing Shifts)

Location: Various locations near Fresno, CA

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Flexible (Mon-Fri with some Saturday shifts, 9 AM - 2 PM half days)

Shift Frequency: 3-4 shifts per week (Approximately 20+ shifts/month)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage medium to high-volume prescription dispensing and ensure accurate medication distribution.
2. Provide excellent patient care, counseling, and medication therapy management.
3. Work with Rx30 software for prescription processing and management.
4. Support pharmacy operations and collaborate with a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians.
5. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

1. Must have at least 6 months of retail pharmacy experience.
2. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred but not required, as techs on-site speak Spanish.
3. Must be able to commute to various pharmacy locations around Fresno (within 30-40 minutes of the city).

1. Local sites include Fresno, Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, Selma, Kerman, and Orange Cove.
2. Mileage allowance for shifts in Huron, Earlimart, and Mendota.
