Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Shiloh, IL (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 1197 Fortune Blvd, Shiloh, IL 62269

Contract Length- 3+months

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Shiloh Patient Service Center in Shiloh, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality blood draws on patients of all ages – including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations

• Collect both forensic and clinical specimens following strict protocols and procedures

• Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling and documentation of all specimens

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment

• Provide excellent customer service while communicating procedures to patients

• Demonstrate reliability and flexibility, including ability to work weekends or travel to alternate sites as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all patient information in high-volume settings

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required

• Proven experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

• At least 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center environment preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (mandatory in CA, NV, WA only)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)

• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain quality under pressure

• Strong keyboard and data entry skills

Training locations may vary depending on trainer availability.
