SNI Companies is seeking a reliable and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This position plays an essential part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and offers multiple career paths for long-term growth within the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage email correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Schedule appointments and meetings; manage calendars
- Perform data entry, prepare documents, and assist with reporting
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Create a professional and welcoming front office environment
Requirements :
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility over time
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
