You will play a pivotal role in securing capital, optimizing financial performance, and navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving clean tech landscape. With your strategic acumen and leadership expertise, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company and maximizing shareholder value. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies:

Lead the development and execution of long-term financial plans, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and driving sustainable growth. Lead negotiations on complex capital structures:

Drive negotiations on key terms and structures of financings including project financing, mezzanine debt, and equity capital. Oversee all financial operations:

Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, managing financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications: Proven track record of success as a financial leader, preferably within the clean technology or mining industries. Experience with project & debt financing facilities in a high growth environment. Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
