PRN Physical Therapist Outpatient Setting

Our team works closely with top Orthopedic and Podiatric physicians to rehabilitate both post-operative and non-operative orthopedic conditions. We are seeking an active, self-directed, team orientated, physical therapist with a background in orthopedics/sports rehabilitation.

Duties & Responsibilities
Physical Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient conditions to develop appropriate goals and individualized treatment plans. The physical therapist will work with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plant to help improve the patient's strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while also keeping the treatment engaging. Must be able to consult with other health professionals when developing a treatment plan for the patient. Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR software in a timely fashion. Physical Therapist will be expected to work effectively with support staff & other therapists. Must participate to the growth of the clinic through marketing and participation in local events. Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (DPT/MPT preferred). Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status). A background in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is highly desirable Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The pay range for this role is:
37 - 47 USD per hour (MOA- Wabash)
