What You'll Do
Diagnostic Testing & Analysis
- Perform a full range of diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using advanced methodologies.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment for accurate and efficient results.
- Interpret test data and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to support timely clinical decisions.
- Maintain adherence to CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through daily quality checks and compliance protocols.
- Support and mentor lab technicians, contributing to a safe and collaborative laboratory environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
- New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of lab procedures, instrumentation, and safety practices
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
