StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1752.00 - $1822.00
PTA with 2+ years of experience needed for outpatient setting. May float to Yucca Valley as needed. Active CA license and BLS-AHA are required. Medical Solutions Sub cannot have gaps more than 30 days and MUST have references within the past year- no exceptions. Required QualificationsPhysical Therapist Assistant, OutpatientLicenses: PT-CACertifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)Float: May float to Yucca Valley as neededSSN RequiredDOB RequiredWork History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work historyReferences: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
