Equity Health Bayview Clinic Full Time Hours: 32-40 hours per week Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 16-18 Call Schedule: 2 months on-call in one year - staggered months Loan Repayment Benefits: - 80 hours of vacation per year, maxing at 160 hours annually- 96 hours of sick leave per year- 12 paid holidays per year- Providers participating in on-call duties are granted up to 7 additional days of paid vacation leave annually- Medical + dental insurance offered through Kaiser or Aetna- 403B retirement plan- Commuter benefit (reimbursement $600 per year)- Long term disability insurance- Accidental death and dismemberment insurance- Equity Health will pay the fees for provider's relicensing upon receipt of proof of payment and copy of renewed license- Malpractice insurance- 40 hours + $1,500 for CME- Worker's Compensation Insurance, State Disability Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Social Security Insurance are all provided for by state law Additional Info: Must be in possession of CA license.
