The Pediatrics position offers a competitive salary of $240K plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PED)
• Base Salary: $240K + bonus • Bonus: $10K-15K annually • Sign-On Bonus: $10K negotiable • Relocation: $5K-$10K negotiable per needs • Vacation: 22.5 days - vacation, sick, CME + holidays 8-10 • CME: $2,500 • Full Benefits package: Starting first day • Retirement: Starting first day (3% match with contribution 100% vested day 1) • Malpractice: Paid • Residency stipend • Extra perks: Licensing Dues, renewal fees, staff dues, association fees, paid cellphone, computer provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatrics (PED)
• PPD: 25-30 • Clinic: 8:00-4:30 • Schedule: 4.5-day work week with .5 day for admin. • Call: 5 days of call per month (T/TH) on your call week. Hospital 10 minutes from clinic. • No attendance for deliveries • Credentialing:days • Licensing help
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrics (PED)
• B/C or B/E • Must do circumcisions or be willing to learn.
COMMUNITY Pediatrics (PED)
• 1.5 hours to: to Springfield, MO, Tulsa, OK, Fayetteville, AR, roughly 2 hours from Kansas City, MO • Urban lifestyle, music, cultural venues, bike trails, robust culinary and coffee scenes. • Regional Airport & in town trolly service • Homes: 190K, Rentals from 825.00 • Low crime rate, strong school system.
