As a Family Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues, including acute and chronic conditions, while promoting wellness and preventative care. Highlights: Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible schedule Call responsibilities: M-TH for own patients, rotated weekend call for FM clinics, average census of 2-3 patients Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services Support from advanced practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants Multispecialty clinic within NM Huntley Hospital campus and Immediate Care Center Hospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock Hospitals EPIC electronic health system In 2024-2025, U.S. News and World Report ranked McHenry Hospital, Woodstock Hospital, and Huntley Hospital as No. 12 in the Chicago Metro Area and No. 13 (tie) in Illinois.
