Job Description
To manage pipeline integrity projects, O&M projects, and small capital projects. Provide technical support in all areas of pipeline systems and serve as a technical resource for projects and compliance with regulations and company standards.

To manage pipeline integrity projects, O&M projects, and small capital projects. Provide technical support in all areas of pipeline systems and serve as a technical resource for projects and compliance with regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, scheduling, management, and reporting of multiple capital and maintenance projects, including pipeline construction, replacement, inline inspection, integrity remediation, pressure testing, compression, automation, measurement, corrosion, interconnects, and encroachments.
- Develop project scope documents and track scope changes.
- Manage contractors and consultants such as inspectors, engineering consultants, surveyors, suppliers, and NDE contractors.
- Engineer designs for small projects like pipeline replacements, re-routes, pig traps, and station modifications.
- Oversee pipeline defect assessments and repairs.
- Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets with minimal supervision.
- Create RFP bid documents, conduct bid processes, analyze bids, and select contractors.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external customers and field operations.
- Guide application of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Update company engineering, material, and equipment standards.
- Ensure projects comply with safety and operational standards.
- Organize and publish project and compliance documentation for audits.
- Participate in design reviews and industry research groups.
- Communicate effectively with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain dependable attendance and performance.
- Work non-traditional hours as needed.
- Prioritize safety for personnel and assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Experience level determined by management; position may be filled as Engineer III or Sr. Engineer.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Competencies, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of natural gas/oil industry, pipeline design, construction, operation, and testing.
- Basic engineering and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and GIS data.
- Understanding of pipeline regulations and safety standards.
- Teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Physical Demands
- Sitting, standing, walking, driving, talking, seeing, hearing, feeling, bending, crouching, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Work in varying weather conditions and field environments.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel and extended hours may be required.
- Must carry a cell phone and respond during work hours.
- Background checks and drug screening required.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Experience with pipeline projects, pressure testing, stress calculations, weld inspection, and integrity assessments.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer Intern (EI) registration.
- Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of industry standards.
Salary Range: $118,896 - $150,000
