A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney to join its growing Products Liability team. The firm specializes in complex defense litigation, including one of the largest product liability practices in the country, and represents a wide range of corporate clients-including Global 500 and international companies-in high-stakes, technically sophisticated matters across multiple jurisdictions.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities from day one, with direct involvement in active litigation. The role offers a hybrid schedule with both in-office and remote work flexibility.
Ideal candidates will have:
A J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Active California Bar admission
2+ years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on product liability and/or consumer warranty defense preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal procedural rules
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A team-oriented mindset and desire to collaborate with experienced trial attorneys

2+ years of litigation defense experience.
Active license with the CA State Bar.
Products liability experience preferred.
