Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor - modeling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results.
Growing the site Continuous Improvement (CI) culture - creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach (all levels)
Financial results: Responsible for achieving continuous improvement savings and delivering measurable results
Coaching and training: Providing coaching and training to team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in continuous improvement methodologies.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND three (3) years of combined continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics/distribution, and/or transactional/office in a private, public, government or military environment
OR High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of combined continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics/distribution, and/or transactional/office in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor's Degree (completed and verified prior to start)
Engineering experience
Project Management experience
Proficiency in lean principles
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills
Work location: Onsite - Brookings, SD

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
