Overview
Administers policies and programs ensuring that organizational products and processes meet established quality standards. Implements quality standards, ensures, and executes compliance at every stage of the process. Essential Functions
Hotfill experience required. Lead the facility in all Food Safety, Packaging Quality, and Product Quality activities. Serve as the primary plant liaison for all Company Quality Assurance Initiatives, Niagara Corporate Quality, and Third Party Audits. Trend analytical data and develop initiatives to improve plant performance against Niagara quality measures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Track, analyze, and lead root cause analysis for all quality and customer complaint issues. Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities. Monitor microbiological programs; collect and analyze microbiological samples as necessary. Perform water testing equipment evaluations and calibrations. Conduct reviews of the facility’s Pre-requisite Programs, GMP, and Sanitation Compliance. Serve as the Food Safety Program Coordinator, HACCP Coordinator, and SQF Practitioner. Manage budgeting, purchasing, and inventory of QA supplies. Monitor and develop plant QA staff. Assist R&D with formulation, product evaluations, and launches. Maintain a safe work environment and support safety programs. Assist with weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years experience in manufacturing environment and in a similar role. 4+ years managing people/projects. Must have beverage and hotfill experience. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years experience in manufacturing and in similar roles. Experience managing teams. Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Oracle, Infinity QS, etc. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of water chemistry, microbiological and chemical analysis, and beverage sanitation. Core Competencies

Bachelor's in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field (required). Master's preferred. Certifications
