Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in collaboration with our nursing team. Your initiative, compassion, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that every resident receives the personalized care they deserve. RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Care & Service:
Assist residents with daily activities based on individualized care plans; transport residents to activities; engage in leisure activities; perform evaluations and report findings; provide emotional support to residents and families. Safety:
Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents. Communication & Documentation:
Assist families by directing them to appropriate staff; respond promptly to resident requests; maintain clear communication with team members through reports and updates. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in New York State. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills are preferred. EDUCATION:
Must meet state certification requirements. LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, with the ability to walk, stand, or squat often. PAY RANGE:
$19.50 - $20.70 CITY:

14432 This pay range represents the current potential base pay for a successful applicant. It may undergo modifications in the future and is eligible for additional pay components based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
