Contract role, hybrid NYC, pay is $35/hr plus benefits W2 only. This role is part of the Accounts Payable team in our banking client and provides strategic oversight over all third-party onboarding, reporting and compliance activities relating to third party billing. Essential duties and responsibilities · Perform W9/8 Maintenance and ensure completeness of all documentation provided · Process all supplier master data for the creation of the profile and maintain all corresponding support; master data includes – o Legal business name and DBA o Business mailing address o Tax identification number o Business category o Remittance Information o Supporting documentation · Coordinate with business regarding supplier onboarding status; business contacts, payment contacts, notification details. · Confirm OFAC and Tin checks have been completed · Perform bank confirmation on all new suppliers; call back and confirm bank details for existing suppliers requesting changes · Manage supplier profile changes with appropriate documentation; mergers, name changes, etc. · Annual supplier review for all supplier records in accordance with retention policies and procedures · Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential · Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities · Annual 1099, W8 source statement processing · Ensure smooth supplier onboarding experience for positive downstream invoice impact Qualification requirements SAP experience is a plus Proficient knowledge surrounding AP workflow and the downstream impact of each phase Knowledge of 1099, W9/8 Requirements High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently or as a team member #J-18808-Ljbffr
