Engineering Manager / Director of Technology Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in building and maintaining enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Angular (front-end), .NET (back-end), SQL Server (database), and RESTful APIs. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling mission-critical systems that power our business operations and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Angular, .NET (C#), and SQL Server. Build, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end services. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and software design patterns. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack. Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and sprint planning. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and peers. Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and technologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in full stack software development. Strong proficiency with: Angular (version 8+) .NET Core / .NET Framework (C#) SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Solid experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs. Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture and development lifecycles. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT). Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices. Seniority level
