Project Manager
to lead our upcoming
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation . This role is pivotal not only in driving the success of our ERP system upgrade but also in ensuring strategic alignment with regulatory requirements, data integrity, and scalable process improvements.
In this high visibility hybrid role, you will lead the
end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation project , from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support. You will define project scope, goals, deliverables, and phased implementation strategies in collaboration with executive stakeholders. You will use your influencing skills to
hold
cross-functional project team members for whom you have no direct reporting line, accountable
for deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Equally important, you will need to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, and resource plans to ensure alignment across business and IT teams, and to track and manage budgets, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and stakeholder communication.
In addition, we will count on you to drive execution of project tasks including
data migration planning, validation activities , and change management efforts, to collaborate with business leaders on decisions regarding
first-phase functionality versus later-phase enhancements . You will ensure all project activities comply with
FDA and international regulatory standards
and follow best practices in validation for life sciences environments while utilizing
data visualization and collaboration tools , such as
Power BI, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Tableau , for reporting and status tracking. And, you will partner with internal teams and vendors to leverage the
Power Platform :
Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps .

Leading complex
ERP implementations (a successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is a plus) Working within
regulated environments (FDA, ISO, etc.) , including familiarity with
validation protocols
and documentation Managing
data migration initiatives
and working with cross-functional business and technical teams Using your strong knowledge of
Power BI, Azure DevOps, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps Driving accountability across stakeholders through your strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Leading change management, business process reengineering, and post-implementation support planning.
If you have experience or familiarity with
CCH Tagetik , that's a plus!
