Keysight seeks a Materials/Procurement Specialist to join our Services Organization. This role involves working within a dynamic, collaborative team to address complex challenges globally. Key duties include developing strategies for procuring high-tech materials, equipment, and services aligned with supply chain objectives, and providing planning, procurement, and inventory management expertise for Keysights Services and Solutions Organization. The role also entails strategic support for material sourcing in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, collaborating across departments, establishing and managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance. You will work closely with contract manufacturers (CM) or original design manufacturers (ODM) to optimize inventory and may lead process improvements in NPI, resourcing, cost reduction, or quality initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess extensive expertise in Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Supply Chain Management, with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in supply chain and supplier contract negotiations. You should be capable of providing technical leadership and designing supply chain solutions to meet business needs. Collaboration skills are essential to build strong partnerships across various teams. Experience with global trade, logistics, strategic sourcing, and driving savings in a multi-regional team is highly desirable. Capabilities

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent Typically 8+ years of relevant experience; post-graduate certifications may be required Proven success in delivering results Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain roles such as Planning, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management Knowledge of High-Tech materials Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing, Operations, or International Business experience Project Management experience Background in Services Business is a plus Pay Range: USD $96,150.00 - USD $160,250.00 per year. Salary offers will be based on experience, education, and skills, generally between the minimum and midpoint of this range. Regional pay variations may apply.
