Social Media Producer Responsibilities The Max Brand Social team is looking for a hands-on video editor to create content for Max and our brand social ecosystem. This role involves high-volume content creation across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more. We’re seeking someone who can create expert-level videos and has an interest in TV, movies, and social media platforms. You will work alongside a diverse team of creators utilizing a vast library of proprietary assets to produce engaging social content. Key responsibilities include: Edit video footage into high-quality content for various social media platforms, including shortform (reels) and longform (mashups). Perform light color correction, sound editing, and basic graphic work. Optimize videos for different platforms and devices. QC and ensure the quality and error-free delivery of final files. Conceptualize, pitch, and create unique video assets. Manage and organize assets within storage/archive systems. Meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality. Deliver engaging, error-free video content. Stay updated with latest video trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas. Qualifications 3-4+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in social content creation for entertainment brands. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or AVID; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. Strong storytelling, pacing, and timing skills. Expertise in social media and pop culture. Basic knowledge of color grading and sound editing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong time management. Passion for the entertainment industry. A portfolio showcasing your best video editing/content creation work.
