As an Applications Administrator, you'll manage and support our internal banking systems, ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with a dynamic team, work with vendors, and influence the future of banking technology. Responsibilities
Partner with end-users to understand their needs and recommend solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with vendors. Maintain and upgrade systems, applying patches and testing releases. Manage internal app servers, authentication servers, and communication gateways. Provide support and training to employees. Lead system testing and validation for new features and updates. Communicate system updates effectively to all stakeholders. Qualifications
Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience. 3+ years as an Application Administrator. 2+ years Help Desk experience. Experience with banking operations is a plus. Skills
Proficiency in Windows, virtualization, security practices. Knowledge of SQL, configuration, and software implementation. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Perks & Benefits
