Sr Product Owner, Claims Data Science - Hybrid

The Senior Product Owner will build relationships with stakeholders, identify opportunities for new or improved data science assets, and support project execution, roadmaps, and communication strategies. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence in Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT, or Charlotte, NC, three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and act as the key contact for Data Science assets. Identify opportunities to enhance or develop new data science solutions that add operational and business value. Support communication plans and marketing strategies for key initiatives, including documentation and stakeholder engagement. Support project timelines and team capacities to ensure timely results. Develop and execute communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. Assist in strategic planning, success criteria, and value propositions for Data Science assets. Effectively communicate findings and insights to diverse audiences. Qualifications
3+ years supporting analytic or machine learning product ownership or related technical development, preferably in insurance. Strong ability to translate business problems into technical or analytical solutions. Excellent storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft tools for visualizations and presentations. Experience with project execution and driving process improvements using quantitative techniques. Basic knowledge of statistics, data science concepts, and data transformation. Domain knowledge in Insurance and KPIs is a plus. Agile and Product Owner experience is a plus. The annual base pay ranges from $109,520 to $164,280, with potential bonuses and incentives. Actual pay varies based on performance and competencies. Additional Details
