This role sits within the IT organization and will be accountable for product ownership and program leadership of curated data products, platforms, and services powering Finance reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
You will act as the technology steward and program orchestrator, driving cross-functional delivery across architecture, data engineering, platforms, and business-facing product teams. Your mission: enable a trusted, interoperable, and scalable Finance data ecosystem for Kenvue.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into technical product requirements, aligned with enterprise data strategy, security, and compliance standards.
- Ensure delivery of product scalability, maintainability, and alignment with data platform capabilities (e.g., OneStream, KDP, Fin360, SAP ERPs, Workday).
- Serve as the Program Manager and Delivery Owner for FinDnA: coordinating platform integration, data modeling, quality uplift, and enablement use cases across the Finance ecosystem.
- Manage interdependencies across platforms, ingestion pipelines, harmonized models, reporting layers, and consumer-facing analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Drive Agile ceremonies, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and vendor engagement.
- Partner with enterprise architects, data engineers, data scientists, and application owners to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Oversee data pipeline build-out, metadata & lineage capture, quality monitoring, and role-based access control.
- Drive alignment across KDP, OCDP, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance and external SME teams to ensure resiliency and performance of finance data services.
